What you will do

• Build and maintain weekly cash plans and prioritize mandatory payments.
• Manage daily liquidity across charters, salaries, taxes, and marketing spend.
• Execute payments and manage operations for bank accounts and card processors like Revolut and Paysera.
• Handle crypto-based payments and settlements using USDT and USDC.
• Update long-term cash forecasts to support company funding.
• Maintain complete records of financial liabilities and perform monthly tax payment controls.

Requirements

• Russian language proficiency required.
• Experience in cash management, treasury, or financial operations.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple obligations.
• Comfortable working across multiple payment rails.
• Must be based globally with full-time access to treasury systems.
