Oracle Solution Architect (ERP)

TL;DR

Oracle Solution Architect (ERP): Performing advisory and implementation services for Oracle Cloud applications with an accent on full life cycle project delivery and business process transformation. Location: Must be based in the United States (multiple office locations available). This is a hybrid role requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site.

What you will do

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and conduct user training sessions to support deployment.
• Provide post-production support and assist in process flow mapping.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a consulting practice.
• Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations of Infor or Oracle.
• Industry recognized professional certification required.
• Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity.
• Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.
