What you will do
- Lead the transition to ISO certification and prepare for SOC 2 standards through dedicated documentation and governance.
- Develop and standardize business continuity plans across various business units.
- Formalize customer due diligence and KYC checks into robust, business-as-usual processes.
- Maintain the corporate risk register and data classification framework, including privacy policies and records of processing.
- Build and execute an annual internal audit programme spanning sales, finance, and physical security.
- Translate new legal and regulatory legislation into actionable playbooks for the organization.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
- Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks, specifically ISO 27001.
- Strong understanding of data privacy and information governance principles.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build trust across cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering).
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills for producing audit-ready evidence.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
