What you will do

• Design and implement data automation solutions to process unstructured data for analytics and reporting.
• Develop automated tools using open-source technologies and create executive-level dashboards for senior leadership.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirements collection and design to implementation and end-user support.
• Troubleshoot production problems, perform system analysis, and coordinate the integration of new products.
• Act as a team leader, providing guidance, oversight, and mentorship to less senior staff.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a .Net Software Application Developer.
• Proficiency in C# (.NET Core, .NET 6+, .NET Framework 4.8+).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management.
• Strong knowledge of EF Core and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) as well as NoSQL (Cosmos DB, MongoDB).
• Experience implementing security protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and Entra ID.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government clearance (Public Trust).
• Location: Must be based in Washington, DC for full-time onsite work.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native development.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum & Kanban methods and secure coding practices.
• Knowledge of MVC and MVVM design patterns.
• Experience with GraphQL, Azure Logic Apps, and Event Grid.
