What you will do

• Produce high-quality daily radio and digital content for local audiences.

• Present live 4-hour radio programmes across the schedule.
• Use audio production techniques and editing tools to deliver broadcast-ready output.
• Collaborate across the wider hirify.global Local network and build community contacts.
• Maintain energy and editorial flair in day-to-day journalism.

Requirements

• Strong experience in audio production and journalism with sharp editorial judgement.
• Proven presentation style and experience handling live radio, breaking news, or speech content.
• Solid understanding of hirify.global Editorial Guidelines, impartiality, and broadcast law.
• Ability to spot stories from different perspectives and a passion for local life.
• Excellent people skills and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and represent the hirify.global professionally.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and supporting presenters or working in a presenter/producer partnership.
• Track record creating speech-based features for daily radio programmes.
• Confidence with new tech, social platforms, and creative digital storytelling.
