Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Hybrid, Zoetermeer office half of the week).

What you will do

• Act as the technical case owner for complex, escalated issues by analyzing debug logs, telemetry, and SQL insights.
• Perform deep-dive investigations into device or platform behavior to eliminate structural bugs.
• Collaborate with Firmware, Cloud, and Product teams to classify bugs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support firmware and cloud release validations through rollout monitoring and testing.
• Maintain technical documentation on features, debug methods, and configurations.
• Validate medication roll batches and collaborate with external partners to reduce field defects.

Requirements

• Recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, ICT, Mechatronics, or General Engineering.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience or interest in full-stack diagnostics.
• Familiarity with SQL, log analysis, and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Meticulous approach to documentation and validation.
• Dutch language skills are considered a strong plus.
