What you will do
- Lead complex infrastructure projects, including hardware installations and upgrades.
- Drive standardization across the global data center estate by developing repeatable operational processes.
- Own the resolution of complex infrastructure incidents and lead major incident response activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on capacity planning and infrastructure optimization.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, standards, and runbooks.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to operations teams across multiple locations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical infrastructure, data center, or operations environments.
- Extensive experience working within large-scale data center environments.
- Proven ability to solve systemic infrastructure issues and deliver long-term operational improvements.
- Experience leading technical initiatives across multiple sites or operational teams.
- Based in EMEA to enable occasional travel to data center sites.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting hyperscale, HPC, AI, or NVIDIA GPU infrastructure.
- Hands-on server deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience.
- Strong customer service mindset supporting mission-critical infrastructure.
