Location: Must be based in Romania (Remote, Bucharest, or Iasi)

What you will do
- Maintain IRT systems for randomization and drug supply management, ensuring overall system success.
- Lead implementation of system change controls and design study data integration specifications between IRT and other eClinical solutions.
- Create and execute data review plans and maintain comprehensive study FAQ documentation for customer care teams.
- Develop system training materials, including manuals, walkthrough videos, and presentations.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical support issues, troubleshooting root causes and identifying resolutions.
- Analyze support data trends to implement process improvements and provide feedback to the product team for new feature development.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar technical consulting or support role.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to perform technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
