What you will do

• Coordinate multiple development teams to maximize delivery performance and resolve dependencies.
• Drive architectural decisions and technical research in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage team dynamics and assign tasks to ensure high quality and performance.
• Plan software implementation, defining scope, critical paths, and team composition.
• Collaborate with project managers and QA to handle production issues and root cause analysis.
• Mentor engineers to foster professional growth and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years of hands-on solution delivery and assessment experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, C++, .NET, JS, or Python.
• Experience designing and implementing complex architectural solutions.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required
