What you will do

• Design and implement complex UI systems across all supported platforms.
• Own codebase areas, developing new features from scratch and maintaining existing ones.
• Drive the feature roadmap and improve UI tooling and systems within Unity to automate processes.
• Collaborate with UX designers, QA, and gameplay engineers to deliver a seamless experience.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish best software engineering practices.
• Improve and maintain codebases, workflows, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of professional experience with strong C++ and C# knowledge.
• Professional experience using Unity is essential.
• Experience in cross-platform game development.
• Essential knowledge of Football Manager.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Ability to write clean, performant, and maintainable code.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Unity UI Toolkit.
• Knowledge of Flexbox and CSS.
• Experience in mentoring.
