Narrative Producer (Gamedev)

Location: Must be based in or relocate to Warsaw, Poland. Role is onsite or hybrid.

Salary: 10,700–17,300 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Drive and improve production processes for Story and Narrative teams.
• Align priorities and manage dependencies across cross-functional development teams.
• Own production planning, including scheduling, roadmap management, and recording timelines.
• Foster incremental delivery and ensure progress is measured through tangible results.
• Support creative leaders and development teams in delivering high-quality narrative content.
• Coach and mentor team members to build high-performing collaborative environments.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Producer in game development, preferably in content-driven teams.
• Proven ability to independently own complex production topics and drive them to completion.
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and production methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to build alignment across stakeholders.
• Relocation to Warsaw, Poland is required.
• Professional English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Fluent Polish (spoken and written).
• Experience in the development and shipment of a AAA title.
• Experience with voice-over production or performance capture pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
