What you will do

• Administer and support Microsoft on-premises infrastructure, including Windows Servers and Active Directory.
• Manage and support Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Office 365 and Entra ID.
• Maintain IT automation, MDM, backup solutions, and corporate productivity software.
• Configure workflows and automations to support business processes.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support, acting as an escalation point for the helpdesk.
• Participate in infrastructure planning, upgrades, and documentation of operational standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Senior IT Support Specialist in a corporate environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows on-prem and Azure infrastructure.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and MDM solutions.
• Ability to maintain and configure corporate productivity and collaboration software.
• English: Fluent (C1) written and spoken.
• Location: Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia (Onsite).
