TL;DR
DevOps Engineer (Azure DevOps/Ansible): Developing and operating a centralized automation platform for global infrastructure management with an accent on Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD optimization. Focus on building Ansible playbooks for RHEL systems, scaling Kubernetes operations, and enhancing deployment reliability at enterprise scale.
Location: Onsite in Manila (One Ayala Tower 2)

What you will do
- Develop and operate a centralized automation platform using Ansible Automation Platform and Azure DevOps.
- Create and maintain Ansible playbooks for RHEL-based systems and middleware platforms.
- Automate installation, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management processes.
- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with global architects and platform teams across multiple time zones.
- Contribute to engineering best practices and platform standards for enterprise-scale infrastructure.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Ansible and Terraform for IaC and configuration management.
- Proficiency in building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Scripting skills in Bash, Shell, PowerShell, and/or Python.
- Development experience with Go (Golang) and/or Java (Spring Boot).
- Knowledge of Kubernetes deployments, scaling, and cluster operations.
- Experience working within Linux/RHEL environments.
Nice to have
- Cloud platform experience.
- Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK.
- Knowledge of Agile ways of working.
- Experience with Automic Workload Automation (AWA).
