What you will do
- Serve as the commercial architect and quarterback for complex Enterprise Agreement (EA) opportunities.
- Partner with account teams early in the cycle to shape strategy, messaging, and commercial approach.
- Coach sellers in value-based positioning, ROI articulation, and executive engagement strategies.
- Align Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to drive deal execution and remove friction.
- Guide high-stakes negotiations by anticipating competitive dynamics and commercial trade-offs.
- Analyze deal trends to improve EA program structures and go-to-market effectiveness.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise sales, deal strategy, or commercial structuring across APAC.
- Proven track record of shaping and influencing complex, multi-year, high-value agreements.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including expertise in pricing and commercial trade-offs.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution and stakeholder alignment.
