What you will do

• Lead development efforts and support technical decision-making for Databricks-based projects.
• Build and maintain web applications using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) and modern frontend technologies.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical designs and scalable solutions.
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews to ensure high quality and professional growth.
• Implement comprehensive unit and end-to-end tests to maintain system stability.
• Collaborate closely with customers to align development with expectations and timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Python application development (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
• Proven experience in Fullstack development with a strong emphasis on the backend.
• Experience developing AI-centric applications (ML, GenAI, LLM) or complex dashboards.
• Proficiency with ORM libraries (SQLAlchemy) and relational/vector databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and DevOps tools (Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• English: Advanced (C1) proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks (Apps, Lakeflow, UC, Model Serving, Asset Bundles).
• Knowledge of React, Angular, TypeScript, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience implementing agentic AI solutions using RAG and reasoning layers.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and reactive programming.
