What you will do

• Develop end-to-end web solutions from UI to backend for partner projects.
• Lead development efforts and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Translate business and user needs into scalable technical architectures.
• Collaborate with designers, customers, and engineers to ensure project alignment.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Identify, debug, and resolve performance issues across the stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web application development.
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend services.
• Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (Angular or React).
• Experience with relational databases and ORMs like SQLAlchemy.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices including Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken) are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js or Java.
• Understanding of reactive programming.
