What you will do

• Design and ship end-to-end AI agents that perform real logistics work (customs compliance, document processing, exception management).
• Develop AI-powered applications that make operations smarter, faster, and increasingly autonomous.
• Collaborate across organizational boundaries to align stakeholders and deliver without waiting for permission.
• Move quickly from idea to production, treating each deployment as a learning loop.
• Work directly with operators and domain experts to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Extensive experience building with LLMs in production, side projects, or independently.
• LLM fluency: agent patterns, RAG, prompt engineering, tool use, and evaluation for production readiness.
• Full-stack capability with TypeScript and Next.js to own features end-to-end.
• Strong product instincts and ability to identify what is worth building.
• Excellent communication skills to work across teams and disciplines.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow orchestration (e.g., Temporal).
• Experience building internal tools or operator-facing applications.
