Process & Controls Lead

Process & Controls Lead: Strengthening risk posture by co-designing and embedding robust, sustainable controls across customer complaints, sales conduct, customer vulnerability, and credit management with an accent on creating KRIs and assurance over emerging and residual risks. What you will do

• Partner with business and risk leads to assess the current control environment.
• Co-design sustainable, auditable controls aligned to key obligations.
• Develop KRIs and build risk reporting dashboards for consistent management reporting and assurance.
• Provide expert input into preventative and detective control strategies to support regulatory compliance and customer risk mitigation.
• Collaborate across Line 1 and Line 2 to align with existing enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Coach stakeholders to uplift risk maturity and develop risk artefacts.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in risk, assurance, or control roles within regulated environments.
• Proven expertise in control design, KRI development, and operational risk reporting.
• Practical knowledge of regulatory enforcement programs and compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Line 1 and Line 2 roles in enterprise risk management.
• Experience in banking, telecommunications, or financial services is highly regarded.
