What you will do

• Draft and implement HR policies and procedures, including the development of the employee handbook.
• Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including on-boarding, off-boarding, and employee relations.
• Manage compliance requirements for employee contracts, bonuses, and pensions.
• Administer employee benefits and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Handle office logistics, including supply procurement and greeting visitors.
• Coordinate cross-functional culture events, diversity initiatives, and internal staff celebrations.

Requirements

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR Operations.
• Strong administration, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Macbooks is a plus.
• High level of confidentiality and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluency in Japanese.
• Professional English proficiency (Resume must be submitted in English).
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
