What you will do

• Build and maintain highly available, secure, distributed systems using a microservice architecture.
• Design and develop systems that model real-world logistics entities like cargo, containers, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to distill complex business problems into elegant technical solutions.
• Ship products rapidly and incrementally to production environments.
• Maintain a high-quality bar by obsessing over metrics and applying learnings from post-mortems.
• Learn the intricacies of the freight forwarding business to drive automation and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience in design, architecture, and OOA/OOD patterns.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Ruby, Java, Kotlin, C, or C++.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong aptitude for learning quickly and solving real-world problems.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical business partners.
