What you will do

• Lead and support migration projects from CA-Endevor to modern Git/DBB/IDD workflows.
• Architect and implement DevOps pipelines for intelligent mainframe builds and automated deployment.
• Perform installation, configuration, and problem determination for DBB/GIT/IDD on customer systems.
• Analyze, convert, and validate legacy applications during the migration process.
• Conduct technical training sessions and develop documentation for migration processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with IBM teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Systems Programmer or similar role.
• 4+ years of customer-facing consulting experience.
• Strong background in IBM z/OS and USS environments.
• Proven expertise in Git, YAML, Groovy, and mainframe SCM tools.
• Excellent customer interfacing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a global team.

Nice to have

• Experience in application development or lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Wazi deployment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
