What you will do

• Develop new application use-cases for eBeam inspection tools.
• Resolve customer gap defects and address technical requests.
• Support new product JEP and wafer demonstrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on project execution.
• Attend customer technical meetings and define technical requirements.
• Travel to other cities within the country (up to 10%) and perform overseas business travel as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3+ years of experience in field service, semiconductor equipment, mechatronics, or automatic control.
• Master’s degree in Engineering required for applicants with less than 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of eBeam inspection or semiconductor processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in diverse environments.
• English proficiency required for technical documentation and communication.
