TL;DR
Partner Solutions Engineer (PSE) (/DevSecOps): Drive strategic partner adoption and integration of technologies across ISVs, CSPs, SIs, and VARs with an accent on scalable technical enablement, secure container delivery, and joint GTM/co-selling execution. Focus on building partner-facing integration guidance, leading workshops and deep-dives, and aligning roadmap/beta integrations while supporting partner-driven feature requests.

What you will do
- Design and deliver scalable enablement programs, including technical learning paths and certifications.
- Run 1:1 and 1-to-many technical enablement for strategic partners (workshops, roadmap sessions, deep-dives).
- Act as a technical advisor for partners integrating into their service offerings and product stacks.
- Partner with sales and solutions teams on joint account planning, co-selling, and technical validation during sales engagements.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap alignment, beta/EAP participation, and technical integrations with CSPs and ISVs.
- Represent partner technical needs regionally, author reusable integration/architecture content, and represent at partner events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, partner engineering, or similar partner-facing technical roles.
- Deep technical understanding of , containers, and modern CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with application security and securing the software supply chain, including SBOMs, image scanning, and secure delivery pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, plus infrastructure and security best practices.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel to partner sites and events (~30%).
