What you will do

• Develop and manage a content calendar for German marketing channels.
• Create compelling storytelling content including blog articles, case studies, white papers, and videos.
• Plan and execute LinkedIn content strategies to drive B2B and B2C visibility.
• Manage website thought-leadership content using CMS with SEO best practices.
• Draft and execute email marketing campaigns for specific customer segments.
• Optimize end-to-end B2B lead funnels and track marketing-to-sales conversion KPIs.

Requirements

• Professional experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within the energy or utility sector.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Proven track record in planning and publishing high-quality content for LinkedIn.
• Hands-on experience with website CMS and email marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of the German energy market and ability to translate complex topics into clear messages.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Kassel, Germany.
