TL;DR

Business Analyst (Fintech): Modernizing and decoupling cash loan management processes within a banking ecosystem with an accent on monolith decomposition and BPMN process design. Focus on extracting core lending functionalities into independent services and designing target orchestration scenarios in Camunda.

Location: Worldwide (Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite)

Salary: EUR 2700 - 4200 per month (gross)

What you will do

  • Analyze current AS-IS processes in HIBIS / HIBIS POP.
  • Decompose monolithic processes and identify candidates for extraction.
  • Design TO-BE target processes using Camunda (BPMN).
  • Define business logic, orchestration scenarios, and prepare requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria).
  • Coordinate integrations between Camunda and banking systems using REST, Kafka, SOAP, and ESB.
  • Support the development team through grooming and demos, and participate in UAT.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business or System Analyst in banking or fintech projects.
  • Understanding of HIBIS core banking system architecture.
  • Experience in monolith decomposition, migration, or service extraction projects.
  • Hands-on experience with BPM platforms such as Camunda or HIBIS POP.
  • Strong skills in requirements documentation (BRD, SRS, user stories) and BPMN 2.0.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above.

Nice to have

  • Experience with other core banking systems.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Basic knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
