What you will do

• Conduct initial client needs assessments and develop/maintain Comprehensive Recovery Plans (CRP).
• Act as a liaison between recovering service members and unit leadership to coordinate care efforts.
• Research and provide information on available benefits from Federal, State, and local agencies.
• Educate service members on procedures for navigating the military medical care system.
• Utilize the WCP Database to document delivery of medical and non-medical care.
• Collaborate with community partners, veteran organizations, and employment resources.

Requirements

• Secret Clearance required.
• Proof of U.S. citizenship may be required.
• Experience working with military personnel and people with disabilities.
• Familiarity with DoD and VA medical systems (highly preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• Clear understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
