What you will do

• Lead a high-performing team of full-stack engineers to develop customer-facing web applications and API products.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between teams in Minneapolis and Amsterdam to align goals and priorities.
• Balance maintenance costs, user impact, and opportunity cost to ensure long-term product health.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Fulfillment to translate technical possibilities into measurable customer value.
• Drive platform improvement through structured experimentation and feedback loops.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and ongoing coaching to promote a delivery-focused team culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth technical environments.
• Proven track record of delivering customer-facing web or mobile applications within product-centric companies.
• Deep understanding of scalable web architecture (microservices, event-driven patterns) and modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).
• Experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, observability, SLOs).
• Strong people leadership skills, including performance management and career pathing.
• Must be based in the Netherlands.
