What you will do

• Design, build, and ship Snap Packs for major AI providers to ensure robust and high-performing connections.
• Standardize advanced LLM capabilities such as Structured Outputs, Reasoning Models, and Function Calling across different providers.
• Develop the hirify.global Agent Framework and contribute to the Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server platform.
• Utilize AI coding agents to accelerate development while maintaining ownership and accountability for the codebase.
• Stay current with the AI ecosystem to integrate cutting-edge capabilities into the product line.
• Collaborate with QA and Release teams to ensure 90%+ unit test coverage and high code quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of agentic design patterns including tool use, agent loops, and reasoning models.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, or Anthropic).
• Solid experience building REST APIs and a strong command of JSON Schema.
• Proficiency in Java and Python for developing testable and maintainable enterprise code.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or other iPaaS / enterprise integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Maven-based build systems and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Python experience specifically for platform-layer components.
