What you will do

• Act as the primary technical link between the company and clients to design and deliver optimal technical solutions.
• Lead projects from initial requirements gathering and scoping through to final delivery and implementation.
• Define technical scopes, frame Proof of Concepts (PoCs), establish dependencies, and develop Statements of Work (SoW).
• Utilize the hirify.global Agentic AI Framework (KAF) and Agent Builder to implement AI-powered modernization solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to guide stakeholders, governance, and delivery teams.
• Collaborate across sales, engineering, and COE teams to support both pursuit and delivery execution.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in at least one domain: Applications, Cloud, Mainframe, or Network & Edge.
• Strong knowledge of modernization sub-domains such as AMS, SDLC transformation, Platform Engineering, or Data Center Networks.
• Proven experience in designing technical solutions, including effort estimation and scoping.
• Strong client-facing skills for technical presentations and value articulation.
• Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico

Nice to have

• Experience supporting large-scale modernization or transformation programs.
• Certifications such as TOGAF Foundation/Practitioner, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
• Technical certifications in Kubernetes (CKA), Azure DevOps, or domain-specific badges (IBM Z, CCNP).
