What you will do

• Lead the design of scalable AI architectures for high-impact customer experience solutions.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes such as improved customer satisfaction and increased automation efficiency.
• Drive alignment between product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful AI solution adoption.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape AI strategies and influence roadmap direction.
• Develop reusable solution frameworks, accelerators, and prototypes to speed up deployment.
• Establish best practices for AI lifecycle management, including governance, monitoring, and continuous optimization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, NLU, NLP, and prompt engineering.
• Demonstrated success designing and delivering AI-driven solutions for enterprise customers.
• Strong experience presenting technical architectures and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the AI implementation lifecycle, including integration and deployment.
• Experience with AI governance, data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Must be based in Mexico City.

Nice to have

• Experience in Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or AI Architect roles.
• Background in SaaS, cloud platforms, or contact center technologies.
• Experience supporting both pre-sales and post-sales technical engagements.
• Familiarity with hirify.global Cloud or similar enterprise engagement platforms.
