Senior Technical Architect – AI (LLMs/NLP): Designing scalable AI architectures and reusable solution frameworks for enterprise customer experience platforms with an accent on AI integration, governance, and measurable business outcomes. Focus on aligning product, engineering, and customer-facing teams, guiding enterprise decisions, and building reliable AI lifecycle practices across testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

What you will do
- Design scalable AI architectures for enterprise customer experience solutions.
- Translate AI capabilities into measurable outcomes, including improved customer satisfaction, lower operational costs, and greater automation efficiency.
- Align product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams around AI adoption and value realization.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape AI strategy, product roadmaps, and enterprise decisions.
- Develop reusable solution frameworks, accelerators, and prototypes, and deliver technical demonstrations for technical and business audiences.
- Establish AI lifecycle practices covering integration, testing, deployment, monitoring, governance, security, privacy, and continuous optimization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with artificial intelligence technologies such as LLMs, NLU, NLP, or prompt engineering.
- Experience designing and delivering AI-driven solutions for enterprise customers.
- Strong ability to present technical architectures and influence technical and executive stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, sales, and customer success.
- Deep understanding of AI implementation, integration, deployment, and optimization, including responsible AI practices.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or AI Architect in customer-facing work.
- Background in SaaS, cloud platforms, customer experience, or contact center technologies.
- Experience with pre-sales and post-sales technical engagements.
- Familiarity with Cloud or similar enterprise customer engagement platforms.
