Salary: $110,200 – $149,000 CAD

• Develop elegant solutions to complex technical problems for hirify.global customers.
• Collaborate in an agile environment with fullstack developers across a variety of projects.
• Participate in diverse projects and coordinate with engineering teams across three countries.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on peer code to maintain high quality standards.
• Build and optimize performant, reliable, and scalable web applications.

Requirements

• Experience building web applications at scale.
• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails (developers from Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript backgrounds are also encouraged to apply).
• Demonstrated success in mentorship using Agile processes for large-scale SaaS products.
• Experience with database optimization and managing large-scale systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Keen interest in leveraging AI to improve software development craft.
