Salary: $142,375 - $192,625 USD

What you will do

• Translate complex mission needs into actionable delivery plans and work items.
• Manage backlogs, sprint planning, and prioritization for cross-functional engineering teams.
• Serve as a primary technical advisor to Army stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to technical proposals, white papers, and capability development.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance are mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments (AKS, EKS, RKE2, K3s, or OpenShift).
• Experience with Helm, GitOps workflows, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/OpenTofu).
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub).
• Experience supporting U.S. Army or DoD software organizations.
• Ability to travel as needed for on-site training and support.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zarf, UDS, or air-gapped deployment tooling.
• DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+).
• Background in system image creation and architecture design.
