TL;DR

Video Editor (Post-Production/Editing): Editing long-form, short-form, social video, brand films, explainer videos, motion graphic sequences, and event content with an accent on full post-production workflow (ingest → assembly → color grade → sound mix → export) and delivering platform-specific technical specs. Focus on applying motion graphics/basic VFX, iterating quickly through client/internal feedback, and maintaining quality standards with self-QA in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What you will do

• Edit video content across long-form, short-form, social, brand films, explainers, motion graphic sequences, and event/conference formats.
• Own the full post-production workflow from ingest and assembly through color grade, sound mix, and final export.
• Apply motion graphics and basic visual effects aligned with creative direction.
• Export deliverables to correct technical specifications for each platform (web, broadcast, social, OOH digital, etc.).
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, and Strategists; incorporate feedback across multiple revision rounds.
• Improve post-production workflows/templates/asset management and support evaluation of new (including AI-assisted) editing tools.

Requirements

• Location: Must work remotely from Mexico.
• 3–5 years of professional video editing experience in an agency, production company, or in-house creative environment.
• Portfolio covering multiple video formats (social-first short-form through longer brand/campaign films).
• Experience editing for multiple platforms including social (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), web, and broadcast or digital OOH.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro; working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Strong pacing/storytelling sense, attention to detail, and ability to iterate quickly on constructive feedback.
