What you will do

• Collaborate with domain experts to apply machine learning algorithms to network data.
• Take ownership of and evolve existing AI Insight modules in Aruba Central.
• Validate telemetry data from customer networks to extract actionable insights.
• Scale machine learning code for reliable worldwide production environments.
• Monitor and maintain deployed machine learning modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a data-oriented discipline.
• 4–10 years of industry experience as a data scientist.
• Expert proficiency in Python and Apache Spark.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning, and Agentic AI.
• Working knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and machine learning fundamentals.
• Strong technical communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with NoSQL databases, specifically Cassandra.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Git, and Maven.
• Knowledge of statistical inference and Bayesian methods.
