What you will do

• Craft compelling stories and write engaging dialogues for a new AAA IP.
• Develop scripts for cutscenes, CGI, and in-game documents.
• Ensure lore consistency and expand the game's narrative universe.
• Collaborate closely with PR, Marketing, and Localization teams.
• Work directly with VO artists and directors to bring characters to life.
• Create and maintain internal narrative documentation.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a writer or narrative designer in the video game industry.
• At least one major release or several smaller titles credited.
• Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine and dialogue tools.
• Ability to design interactive, non-linear stories that adapt to gameplay requirements.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a writers' room.
• Familiarity with major CRPG releases.
• Knowledge of Central and Eastern European history and folklore.
• Experience writing for other media such as novels, comics, or film.
• Fluency in Polish.
