What you will do

• Contribute to core gameplay development and take responsibility for defined design areas.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement and refine game features.
• Provide feedback and suggest updates to solve problems and enhance the player experience.
• Create clear, structured, and concise game design documents (GDD).
• Analyze user testing results and recommend design solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as a Game Designer.
• Proven experience designing core gameplay mechanics and systems.
• Practical experience with Unreal Engine 5.
• English: B2+/C1 level required.
• Polish: B1/B2 level required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver work within deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with UI/UX designs.
• Portfolio or design samples demonstrating your skills.
