What you will do

• Own the production approach across all phases of development, from early concepts to live operations.
• Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and decision-making rituals.
• Lead cross-functional teams including design, art, engineering, QA, and publishing.
• Build scalable systems for planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, outsourcing teams, and co-development partners.
• Foster healthy team dynamics, psychological safety, and productive conflict resolution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in game production.
• 6+ years in production leadership roles on cross-disciplinary teams.
• Experience shipping at least one major game initiative from pre-production through launch.
• Background in cross-platform and live-service game development.
• Strong command of milestone planning, roadmap execution, and launch readiness.
• Deep understanding of modern development tools and emerging AI-enabled workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Lead Producer, Principal Producer, or Production Director on a shipped title.
• Proven track record of scaling production practices for new teams or ambiguous environments.
• Familiarity with studio operations, business planning, budgeting, and player insights.
