What you will do
- Own the production approach across all phases of development, from early concepts to live operations.
- Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and decision-making rituals.
- Lead cross-functional teams including design, art, engineering, QA, and publishing.
- Build scalable systems for planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, outsourcing teams, and co-development partners.
- Foster healthy team dynamics, psychological safety, and productive conflict resolution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in game production.
- 6+ years in production leadership roles on cross-disciplinary teams.
- Experience shipping at least one major game initiative from pre-production through launch.
- Background in cross-platform and live-service game development.
- Strong command of milestone planning, roadmap execution, and launch readiness.
- Deep understanding of modern development tools and emerging AI-enabled workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience as a Lead Producer, Principal Producer, or Production Director on a shipped title.
- Proven track record of scaling production practices for new teams or ambiguous environments.
- Familiarity with studio operations, business planning, budgeting, and player insights.
