What you will do

• Conduct research on severe disruption scenarios includhirify.global geopolitical conflicts, cyber events, and utility outages.
• Analyze industry practices and regulatory expectations to strengthen resilience measures.
• Support the development and maintenance of business continuity documentation and runbooks.
• Assist in organizhirify.global and executhirify.global resilience exercises, tests, and simulations.
• Collaborate with experts across Risk, Technology, and Operations domains.
• Contribute to management presentations and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a HBO or WO Bachelor/Master programme in Business Administration, Risk Management, Security Studies, or related fields.
• Mandatory enrollment at a Dutch university (or EU-university for EU passport holders).
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
