What you will do
- Lead implementations of new client eligibility and claims data integration feeds
- Maintain and improve existing data integration feeds
- Conduct data analysis and error reporting to validate feed performance and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with external partners to gather requirements, map files, test integrations, and resolve issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal tools, documentation, and processes
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States or authorized to work remotely within the US
- 0-5 years experience with healthcare data, including eligibility and claims file formats (EDI 834, 837, custom files)
- Familiarity with data integration protocols such as SFTP and encryption standards like PGP
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally and with external partners
- Proactive and collaborative approach with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- No visa sponsorship available
