What you will do

• Lead development on business-critical features including onboarding, data blending, and digital account opening.
• Shape technical vision and product roadmap as an early team member.
• Build and maintain a high-quality developer experience.
• Ensure production stability using observability and monitoring tools.
• Mentor and help hire engineers as the team scales.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience with a track record of shipping high-complexity systems.
• Experience building high-quality, user-facing web applications.
• Ability to operate in an early-stage, fast-paced environment with high ambiguity.
• Strong ownership and impact-driven mindset.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional product teams.
