What you will do

• Design and scale mission-critical brokerage systems and gRPC microservices.
• Develop React-based UIs for internal administration and API developers.
• Enhance the core framework to support multiple languages, currencies, and global markets.
• Act as the operational reliability lead and incident commander during regional business hours to ensure 24/7 stability.
• Collaborate with global tech leads and integrate third-party vendor services.
• Troubleshoot system incidents and bugs to maintain high system integrity.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Go or similar backend languages and strong computer science fundamentals.
• Experience with event-driven design and scalable system architecture.
• Must be based in the Americas region.
• Ability to act as an incident commander and lead troubleshooting under pressure.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with global stakeholders and regulators.
• Proven experience working independently in a fully remote, distributed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tooling such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Background in fintech, online trading platforms, or brokerage systems.
• Knowledge of double-entry accounting and trade lifecycle management.
• Experience with domain-driven design (DDD).
