Founding ESG Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term ESG strategy, commitments, and operating plan.
• Build AI-driven workflows to automate CSRD and RFP/security questionnaires.
• Manage CSRD readiness, including data collection and disclosure production.
• Model and track the climate footprint of compute and datacenters, tracking efficiency trends.
• Develop the GHG/carbon accounting model and manage the carbon offset program.
• Represent the company on sustainability calls with client CXOs and partner groups.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or related compliance/operating roles.
• Deep fluency in AI and datacenter climate footprints.
• AI-first mindset with the ability to automate reporting (CSRD, EcoVadis, CDP, SBTi, RFP).
• Working knowledge of CSRD and GHG accounting.
• Experience interacting with client leadership teams and CXOs.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Stockholm.

Nice to have

• Experience building or leading a tech company's ESG strategy from scratch.
• Background in regulated or enterprise-sales environments where ESG credentials impact deals.
• MBB or top-tier strategy consulting background.
