What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python and the Django framework.
• Create and optimize REST APIs using Django Rest Framework.
• Implement and manage AWS infrastructure including S3, RDS, SNS, SQS, and CloudFront.
• Integrate AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) into the product.
• Manage asynchronous task processing using Celery with Redis or RabbitMQ.
• Maintain containerization via Docker and orchestrate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python and Django (ORM, migrations, admin).
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and relational database design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and implementation of OAuth flows.
• Proficiency with Docker (Dockerfile, docker-compose) and CI/CD knowledge.
• English: Full professional proficiency (C1) required.
• Location: Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Vue.js for frontend interaction.
• Experience with payment gateways such as Mollie, Stripe, or PayPal.
• Familiarity with Poetry, Fabric, or Django Channels for WebSockets.
• Experience in PDF and image processing using PyMuPDF or Pillow.
• Knowledge of code quality tools like Pytest, Flake8, and Bandit.
