What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule project release scopes.
• Monitor deadlines for all team members and conduct retrospective meetings.
• Optimize teamwork processes throughout the entire development cycle.
• Communicate pertinent information to all project stakeholders.
• Organize cooperation between various departments including Game Design, Art, LiveOps, and BI.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in development teams.
• Experience managing teams of 20+ people and understanding project development stages.
• Proficiency with tracking and planning tools such as Jira and Gantt charts.
• Proven ability to build and optimize processes from scratch.
• Fluency in Ukrainian.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
