What you will do
- Own the commercial performance of the slots vertical, including GGR, NGR, active players, retention, and margin.
- Develop and execute the slots content strategy across all target markets.
- Manage the slots game portfolio, overseeing new launches, removals, and prioritization.
- Lead designers and creatives to ensure high product quality and alignment with the vision.
- Oversee the end-to-end development process of slot games to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
- Ensure all games comply with regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry, focusing on slot game development.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful slot games.
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and product nuances across various jurisdictions.
- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions based on performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations.
- Solid understanding of the technical aspects of game development.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
