What you will do

• Own the commercial performance of the slots vertical, including GGR, NGR, active players, retention, and margin.
• Develop and execute the slots content strategy across all target markets.
• Manage the slots game portfolio, overseeing new launches, removals, and prioritization.
• Lead designers and creatives to ensure high product quality and alignment with the vision.
• Oversee the end-to-end development process of slot games to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
• Ensure all games comply with regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry, focusing on slot game development.
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful slot games.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and product nuances across various jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions based on performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations.
• Solid understanding of the technical aspects of game development.
