What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of tailored hirify.global Dimension solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into actionable strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality project execution.
• Independently troubleshoot complex issues and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including workflows, integration plans, and technical specifications.
• Manage client relationships and drive process improvements across consulting engagements to optimize outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York and able to attend the office 2x/week as per hybrid policy
• Previous experience as an Analyst or Implementation Consultant for asset managers, banks, or consulting firms.
• Expertise in Front Office functions, specifically Portfolio Management and Order & Trade Management for multi-asset class investment.
• English: Excellent oral and written proficiency required
• Degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics) or Mathematics/Applied Sciences.
• Basic understanding of financial industry products and related accounting.

• Experience with portfolio construction, trade execution, compliance, and limit monitoring.
