What you will do
- Lead the design and implementation of tailored Dimension solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into actionable strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality project execution.
- Independently troubleshoot complex issues and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including workflows, integration plans, and technical specifications.
- Manage client relationships and drive process improvements across consulting engagements to optimize outcomes.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in New York and able to attend the office 2x/week as per hybrid policy
- Previous experience as an Analyst or Implementation Consultant for asset managers, banks, or consulting firms.
- Expertise in Front Office functions, specifically Portfolio Management and Order & Trade Management for multi-asset class investment.
- English: Excellent oral and written proficiency required
- Degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics) or Mathematics/Applied Sciences.
- Basic understanding of financial industry products and related accounting.

- Hands-on experience with Dimension.
- Experience with portfolio construction, trade execution, compliance, and limit monitoring.
