What you will do

• Build and optimize advanced Python services powering data synchronization and transformation across 300+ source APIs and 30+ destinations.
• Develop and improve connectors, handling authentication flows, rate limiting, retries, pagination, and schema variations.
• Enhance the scalability and reliability of production systems with a focus on performance, concurrency, and monitoring.
• Write well-tested code using pytest and conduct thorough merge request reviews.
• Collaborate in two-week sprints within a pragmatic, low-bureaucracy environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional programming experience with strong expertise in Python.
• Experience building and maintaining complex, production-grade systems.
• Proven experience integrating third-party APIs (auth, rate limits, pagination, error handling).
• Deep understanding of Python fundamentals: OOP, concurrency (threads/async), and type systems.
• Solid experience with Linux-based development and SQL (PostgreSQL).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with Redis, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in data integration, ETL/ELT, or martech/adtech APIs.
• Experience working in a small, remote-first product company.
