What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain shared backend services and libraries for other engineering teams.
• Develop scalable platform components, APIs, and integrations using C# and ASP.NET.
• Build cloud-native services running on Docker and Kubernetes.
• Define and implement engineering standards, best practices, and reusable patterns across the organization.
• Improve reliability, performance, observability, and maintainability of platform solutions.
• Mentor engineers and support the adoption of modern engineering practices.

Requirements

• Strong backend development experience with C# and ASP.NET.
• Experience building distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and shared platform components.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and message brokers (event-driven architecture).
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with AI coding agents or AI-assisted development tools.
• Must be based in Cyprus
