What you will do

• Manage and grow relationships with premium Japanese publisher clients and strategic partners.
• Oversee the successful implementation and launch of the content discovery platform.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to proactively optimize results and identify new opportunities.
• Act as the single point of contact for clients, collaborating with Publisher Sales and remote R&D teams.
• Communicate client business intelligence to the product management team to influence new feature development.
• Strategically support the Publisher Sales team in developing pre-sale proposals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional client-facing experience in the digital media or online publisher space.
• Native Japanese communication skills and strong English proficiency.
• Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks within a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must be based in or relocate to Bangkok, Thailand.
