Account Manager - Events and Hospitality (Formula 1)

What you will do

• Shape and innovate Formula 1 global hospitality and ancillary event experiences.
• Lead guest experience programmes from planning through to execution, both trackside and off-track.
• Track and manage contractual F1 hospitality assets and ticket allocations.
• Coordinate international travel and manage logistics for senior executive-level guests.
• Manage relationships with client teams, local markets, and key rights holders to meet deadlines.
• Source and oversee suppliers to ensure a seamless and premium guest experience.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering premium hospitality and event programmes within an agency or rights holder environment.
• Deep knowledge of the Formula 1 ecosystem, including race weekends and operational requirements.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering engaging guest experiences for global corporate clients.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to manage complex operational logistics internationally.
• Excellent communication, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
